Butter Crunch Dip

Butter Crunch Dip
A light and refreshing cream cheese dip made with Marie's Butter Crunch, perfect for serving at parties or a special after school treat for kids. Great for dipping fresh fruit, graham crackers, vanilla wafers, etc.

Ingredients:

8 oz. Neufchâtel or Cream Cheese, softened
1/2 c. Brown Sugar
1/4 lb. (8 squares) Marie's Butter Crunch

Directions:

In a small mixing bowl, beat together cream cheese and brown sugar. With a knife, chop six Butter Crunch squares and stir by hand into cream cheese mixture. Pour into desired container and top with two more chopped Butter Crunch squares, if desired. Refrigerate (if there's any leftover!)
