Loaded Buckeye Edible Cookie Dough

Loaded Buckeye Edible Cookie Dough
In Ohio, "Buckeye" is reminiscent of both The Ohio State University and the classic flavor combination of peanut butter and chocolate. We combined the two in this edible peanut butter cookie dough loaded with Scarlet and Grey Milkies, Amish Crackers, and chunks of Milk Chocolate. This delicious cookie dough is eggless and totally customizable with whichever Marie's peanut butter or chocolate treats are your favorite!

Edible (eggless) cookie dough can be eaten by the spoonful, with pretzels or wafers for dipping, or stirred into ice cream!

Makes about 3 cups of dough

Ingredients:
1/2 cup butter, softened
1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 1/4 cups flour
1/4 tsp salt
1-3 TBSP milk, optional
1/2 cup Scarlet and Grey Milkies
1/4 lb Marie's Amish Crackers
1/2 cup Milk Chocolate Chunks

Directions:
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Spread the flour on a baking sheet and bake at 350 degrees for 5 minutes. Meanwhile, in a large bowl, beat together the butter and peanut butter until light and fluffy. Add the sugars and beat until combined. Beat in the flour and salt. This is a pretty thick dough so give it a taste test at this point and if you want to cut the richness a little or thin the consistency add milk, 1 Tablespoon at a time.

Roughly chop the Amish Crackers and Milk Chocolate Chunks and stir into the dough, along with the Milkies, until evenly distributed. Enjoy as a dip, a stir-in to ice cream, or by the spoonful! Refrigerate leftovers (if there are any!).
