As we transition into cooler weather, it's just a matter of time before the snow starts falling! Why not serve up these easy-to-make Peanut Butter Snowballs as a tasty treat for the holidays!
1 c. Powdered Sugar
1/2 c. Creamy Peanut Butter
3 tbsp. Butter, softened
1 lb. Marie's White Wafers
Beat the powdered sugar, peanut butter, and butter with a mixer until combined. Shape into 1-inch balls and place on a baking sheet lined with wax paper. Chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes. Melt the white candy wafers
in the microwave in 30 second intervals or in a double-boiler until smooth. Dip the balls into the coating and place back onto the baking sheet to harden. Makes approximately 2 dozen.
