Chocolate Covered Bacon Caramel Corn

Sweet and salty with just the right amount of crunch, this tasty caramel corn is an easy treat to make and serve at your summer gatherings.


12 C. Popped Popcorn
1/2 lb. Marie's Candies Chocolate Covered Bacon, chopped
1/2 lb. Dry-Roasted Cashews (available in-store upon request), chopped
1 lb. Marie's Candies Wrapped Caramels


Preheat oven to 250 degrees.
Spread popcorn onto two greased baking sheets and sprinkle with Chocolate Covered Bacon and cashews.
Unwrap Caramels and melt in a saucepan over low heat, stirring occasionally. Once melted, pour over the popcorn mixture and stir.
Bake for 45 minutes, stirring every 15 minutes. Remove from oven and cool completely. Store in an air-tight container and enjoy!
