Crystal King Cookies

Irresistible, sweet and salty, soft and chewy with some crunch, one of these cookies will to lead to another (and another...)! Made with our Crystal King candies, this is an easy recipe to make and is sure to be a hit!

1/2 c. Butter, softened
1/2 c. White Sugar
1/2 c. Brown Sugar
1 Egg
1 tsp. Vanilla
1 1/2 c. Flour
1/2 tsp. Baking Soda
1/2 tsp. Salt
1/2 lb. Box of Crystal Kings

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a medium bowl, cream together butter and sugars. Add egg and vanilla and mix well. Stir in flour, baking soda, and salt. Roughly chop Crystal Kings and stir into batter. Drop by spoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheets. Bake for 10 minutes. Be careful to not overbake. Let cool completely and store in an airtight container. Enjoy!!!
