Dark Chocolate BBQ Sauce

Add a twist to your summer barbequing with this rich and tangy BBQ sauce, made with Marie's Candies Noir 72% Dark Chocolate.

2 oz. Marie's Candies Noir 72% Dark Chocolate
1 T. Butter
3 Cloves Garlic, minced
1/4 tsp. Chili Powder
1/4 tsp. Cumin
1/4 tsp. Cinnamon
Salt & Pepper to taste
1 tsp. Mustard
1 tsp. Worcestershire Sauce
1/2 c. Ketchup

Melt the chocolate and butter in a saucepan over low heat. When melted and smooth, add garlic and cook 1 minute until softened. Add the remaining ingredients. Sauce will be thick, so thin with water to reach desired consistency. Continue to cook for five minutes, stirring occasionally. Sauce is particularly delicious when served on chicken or pork.
