Easter Blondies

Enjoy these buttery blondie bars decorated for Easter with our Malted Milk Eggs.

1 1/2 c. Brown Sugar
1/2 c. Butter, softened
2 Eggs
1 tsp. Vanilla
1 1/2 c. Flour
1/2 tsp. Baking Powder
1/2 tsp. Salt
1/2 lb. bag Malted Milk Eggs, chopped

In a medium bowl, cream together butter and sugar. Add eggs one at a time and beat well after each. Add vanilla and mix well. In another bowl, combine flour, baking powder, and salt. Add to wet ingredients and stir until incorporated. Stir in Malted Milk Eggs, reserving a few to sprinkle on top, if desired. Spread into a greased 9 X 13 baking pan and bake at 350 degrees for 18-20 minutes, or until a toothpick poked into the center comes out clean. Let cool and then cut into desired sized squares. Enjoy!
