Pumpkin Pecan Truffles

These buttery smooth truffles melt in your mouth, with just the right amount of pumpkin and spice flavor finished with a bit of crunchy pecans. They'll be the hit of the party... if they make it there, that is.

2 T. Heavy Cream
1/4 c. Butter
1/3 c. Pumpkin
1/2 tsp. Nutmeg
1/4 tsp. Cinnamon
1/2 lb. Marie's White Chunk Chocolate
1 lb. Marie's Pecan Bits

Heat cream and butter in a medium saucepan over low heat until butter is melted. Stir in pumpkin, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Add Marie's White Chunk Chocolate, stirring constantly until melted. Remove from heat. Cover and chill for two hours until firm. Line a baking sheet with wax paper. Pour some Marie's Pecan Bits into a bowl. Using a teaspoon, scoop out some of the pumpkin mixture and roll into a ball with your hands, then roll into the pecans and place on the baking sheet. When all the truffles are formed and rolled in pecans, place in the freezer 10 minutes to firm up. Yields about 25 teaspoon-size truffles. Keep refrigerated and enjoy!!!
