No-Bake Butterscotch Pie
Ingredients:
- 1 2/3 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 6 TBSP butter, melted
- 2 3.4 ounce boxes of instant butterscotch pudding mix
- 2 cups cold milk
- 12 ounce Cool Whip
- Butterscotch sundae topping (optional)
- 1/4 cup chopped pecans (optional)
Instructions:
- In a medium bowl, mix together the graham cracker crumbs, sugar and butter until well combined.
- Press mixture into the bottom and sides of a 9 inch pie plate by using the bottom of a measuring cup.
- In a large bowl, whisk together the pudding mixes and milk for two minutes until thick.
- Pour half of the pudding into the crust and spread to evenly cover the bottom.
- Fold half of the Cool Whip into the remaining pudding and pour over crust.
- Spread the remaining Cool Whip over the crust evenly.
- Top with butterscotch sauce and pecans if desired.
