No-Bake Butterscotch Pie

Ingredients:

  • 1 2/3 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 6 TBSP butter, melted
  • 2  3.4 ounce boxes of instant butterscotch pudding mix
  • 2 cups cold milk
  • 12 ounce Cool Whip
  • Butterscotch sundae topping (optional)
  • 1/4 cup chopped pecans (optional)

    Instructions:

    1. In a medium bowl, mix together the graham cracker crumbs, sugar and butter until well combined.
    2. Press mixture into the bottom and sides of a 9 inch pie plate by using the bottom of a measuring cup.
    3. In a large bowl, whisk together the pudding mixes and milk for two minutes until thick.
    4. Pour half of the pudding into the crust and spread to evenly cover the bottom.
    5. Fold half of the Cool Whip into the remaining pudding and pour over crust.
    6. Spread the remaining Cool Whip over the crust evenly.
    7. Top with butterscotch sauce and pecans if desired.
