Watergate Salad




Ingredients:

  • 1 package pistachio pudding mix
  • 20 ounce can crushed pineapple
  • 8 ounce Cool Whip
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows
  • 1/2 cup pecans

Instructions:

  1. Drain the pineapple juice into a large bowl.
  2. Mix pudding and pineapple juice together. Add Cool Whip and mix.
  3. Fold in crushed pineapple, marshmallows and pecans.
  4. Refrigerate for one hour before serving.
