Pecan Cream Eggs

Rich cream fondant and freshly chopped pecans mix to form this egg. It is then covered in smooth milk chocolate or pink coating (like white chocolate). Choose a quarter pound, half pound or one pound egg with assorted sugar and icing decorations.
